Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the crkix platform located at crkix.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and crkix.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the crkix platform. Continued use of any crkix service following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

crkix reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address registered to their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at crkix.net/terms-conditions.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The crkix platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use crkix:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money game or betting market on crkix.
• You must be accessing crkix on your own behalf as an individual player — not as an agent, representative, or proxy for another person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.

crkix reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age cannot be verified to crkix's satisfaction will be suspended until verification is completed, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one crkix account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited. If crkix detects multiple accounts linked to a single player, all accounts except the original verified account may be closed, and balances across duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must register using your real legal name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not impersonate any other person or register using fictitious details. crkix will use the registered mobile number for OTP-based two-factor authentication and the registered email address for account communications, bonus notifications, and security alerts.

3.3 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crkix account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. crkix will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact crkix support at [email protected] immediately so that your account can be secured.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

crkix operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals above a specified threshold are processed, or at any time crkix deems verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by crkix support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

crkix accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods available to your account at any given time are displayed within the crkix cashier section after login.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your crkix account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your crkix account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing times. crkix does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside crkix's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during crkix support hours (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM BST) are processed within 15 to 45 minutes to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. crkix reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Player Funds and Your Own Payment Methods

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another player or receive deposits from a third party. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. crkix is not responsible for losses incurred if incorrect payment details are submitted during a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

crkix offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each bonus offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your crkix account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering contributions differ by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and sports betting games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

crkix employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games to extract value without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes

crkix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Promotions may be targeted at specific player segments and are not universally available to all registered accounts at all times.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the crkix platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game itself via the information or help panel. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly related to that game's operation.

6.2 Bets Are Final

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the crkix system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. This applies to casino game bets, live dealer game bets, sports pre-match bets, and in-play betting markets. In the event of a technical error that prevents the correct recording of a bet, crkix's internal records will be treated as authoritative.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on crkix — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the sports betting section. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other irregular circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules for that competition and match type. crkix uses commercially reasonable efforts to offer competitive odds and timely market settlement.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, crkix will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter equitably. crkix is not liable for losses incurred due to network interruptions on the player's end, including poor 3G or 4G connectivity. Game round outcomes that have been fully determined and recorded prior to a disconnection are treated as final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the crkix platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of other individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets in a manner not available to a standard human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors in betting markets. Any winnings derived from identified errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer card games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the crkix platform to facilitate any financial crime. crkix maintains anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification or misrepresenting your age.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate payment made to crkix via your payment provider without first raising the matter with crkix support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crkix support staff or other users in any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

crkix is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. We provide the following tools within every registered player account to support healthy gaming behaviour:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a chosen number of hours of continuous play to help maintain awareness of time spent gaming.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite account suspension. Self-exclusions are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period has expired.
• Reality checks: Optional on-screen prompts showing your net session balance at chosen intervals.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the crkix platform — including but not limited to the crkix brand name and logo, website design and layout, software interfaces, game graphics and sounds (where applicable), written content, marketing materials, and promotional assets — is the intellectual property of crkix or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the crkix platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any crkix content without express prior written authorisation from crkix.

Game content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to crkix for display on the platform. Unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crkix's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the crkix platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their crkix account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

crkix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or connected to your use of or inability to use the crkix platform, even if crkix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

crkix does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. crkix will make reasonable commercial efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned outages in advance.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your crkix account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests for account closure are processed within 2 business days. Any available balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by crkix

crkix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player is found to be under the age of 18.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity is detected or suspected.
• A player has registered multiple accounts.
• Identity or age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against crkix without prior notification to support.

Where an account is closed by crkix due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. crkix will provide written notification of any account closure to the registered email address on file, except in cases where notification is restricted by legal or regulatory obligations.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. crkix will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. Details of the applicable dormancy fee and the process for reactivating a dormant account are available from crkix support.

12 Amendments to These Terms

crkix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page and in the last-updated notification bar below the hero section. For material changes — those that significantly alter player rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — crkix will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address of affected accounts.

Your continued use of the crkix platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change by contacting [email protected].

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English-language version of these Terms & Conditions and any translation or summary, the English-language version shall prevail.
